BOOKING POLICY

THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE BILLED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Should you desire to change your form of payment, please do so prior to that time.

CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00PM. Based on our unique room configuration and the time it takes to properly prepare your room, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Thank you for allowing our team the necessary time to provide you outstanding service.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY is 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Cancellations within that period of time, for any reason including weather, emergencies, or change in plans will forfeit 1 nights room and tax cancellation fee. Should you not arrive on the day of your scheduled reservation, a 1 night’s room and tax  NO SHOW FEE will be charged. If your reservation is for multiple nights, the remainder will be cancelled. We highly recommend travel insurance.

THE GENERAL PALMER IS NOT PET FRIENDLY- However service animals specifically trained to perform a service are allowed and must remain on a leash. Any room damage or excessive cleaning needed will be billed.

IMPORTANT- if you are in our Palace Wing, this building is stair access only and guest room accommodations are on the 2nd floor. If you reserved a room type designated ” interior”, these rooms do not have a window to the outside.

YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS do not include a microwave or refrigerator.

PARKING is included in your amenity fee. When you arrive, please bring your vehicle information to the desk so we can properly register your vehicle. 

PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR UNDER THE PORTICO WHILE YOU CHECK IN. This is a fire lane and access must remain clear.
